Appointment List

The Appointment List provides a list of all Appointments which can be useful if you want to display all the appointments you want to telephone and follow up. This displays the following information:

  • Property address

  • Start Date

  • Duration

  • Description

  • Confirmed, Followed Up, No Show and Cancelled indicators

  • Attendees

  • Assigned User


The Appointment List can be filtered on:

  • Filter Status

  • Appointment Type

  • Assigned To

  • Branch


On the Appointment List the following options are available from the Menu button or by right-clicking

  • New - takes you to the diary screen to create a new Appointment

  • Edit - enables you to edit the currently selected Appointment

  • Delete - deletes the currently selected appointment

  • Letters, Emails and SMS Text - produce Address Labels, Letters, Emails or send an SMS Text to the currently selected contact.

  • Find - find text on the screen

  • Export Grid to Excel - export the data to a MS Excel worksheet

  • Refresh button - clicking the refresh button ensures the latest property information is displayed.

  • Filter Rows ((Select All, Unselect All) - this will enable/disable the Filter Rows column allowing multiple contacts to be selected allowing the Letters, Emails and SMS Text option to be used for multiple records.

 

Right-clicking anywhere on the Appointment List screen will display the Menu options
