Progression Progression

The Property Progression function is accessed by clicking the Property Progression icon from the Main tab of the ribbon menu.

If you click on a Property on the Property Progression screen it will automatically take you to the Progression tab for the Property.

The Property Progression screen provides a simple view of all For Sale properties that are Under Offer, and all Lettings properties where a Pre-Tenancy has been created. The following details are displayed.

For Sales Progression

• ID

• Picture (if Show Property Pictures on)

• Address

• Owner

• Purchaser

• Offer Amount

• Offer Date

• Commission

• Solicitor

• Purchaser Solicitor

• Exchanged Date

• Completion Date

• Invoiced

• Last Note/Task

• Progressor

For Lettings Progression

• ID

• Picture (if Show Property Pictures on)

• Address

• Owner

• Tenant

• Tenancy Start Date

• References

• Last Note/Task

A System Configuration option of 'Default Estimated Completion Date After Accepted Offer (weeks)' affects this date. When an offer for a Sales Property becomes accepted a Completion Date will automatically be calculated based on the System Configuration setting (default is 12). This will only happen if a Completion Date hasn't already been entered and if the System Configuration option isn't set to 0.

The Completion date can be edited from the Progression tab on the Property Offer screen.

A Home Page reminder of 'Properties With Estimated Completion Date Passed' informs Users of Properties that have an estimated Completion date which is now in the past.

The Menu button (which is also accessed by right clicking) provides the following functions:
