Progression - Information and Milestones

Sales Progressor - a Sales Progressor can be allocated to the Property (defaulted to the User who added the Property).

Sales Progression

Using the information and milestones

Enter the following Solicitors (Vendor / Purchaser), Mortgage and Milestones dates and details in the screen as they occur.


  • Solicitors - this information can be used when producing Letters

    • Vendors Solicitor

    • Purchaser

    • Purchasers Solicitor

    • Sales Agreed Price (prefilled from the Sent/Offers screen)

    • Mortgage Broker

    • Mortgage Provider

     

  • Mortgage

    • Mortgage Form Submitted

    • Mortgage Valuation Booked

    • Mortgage Offer Received

    • Proof of Identity Received

    • Searches Submitted

    • Searches Received

    • Contract Signed by Vendor

    • Contract Signed by Purchaser

  • Milestones Dates

    • Exchanged contracts date - if a date is added here. The Property will appear on portals with a status 'Sold Subject to Contract'

    • Completion date

      • When an offer for a Sales Property becomes accepted a Completion Date will automatically be calculated, this is based on a System Configuration of 'Default Estimated Completion Date After Accepted Offer (weeks)' which is defaulted to 12. This will only happen if a Completion Date hasn't already been entered or if the System Configuration option is set to 0.

      • The Completion Date can also be edited from the Progression tab on the Property Offer screen.

      • A Home Page Reminder of 'Properties With Estimated Completion Date Passed' provides a reminder of Properties that have an estimated Completion date which is now in the past.


Lettings Progression

 Store the following information

  • Lettings Progressor

  • Landlords Solicitor

  • Tenants Solicitor

Fields on the Property Progression screen are User definable and additional fields can be tailored for both Sales and Lettings
