Acquaint allows you to manage both Sales and Lettings Progression by tracking key milestones, solicitor details, and mortgage information throughout the transaction process.

👤 Sales Progressor
A Sales Progressor can be assigned to each property. By default, this is the User who added the property, but it can be changed as needed.

📆 Milestone Dates

Exchanged Contracts Date:
If entered, the property will be displayed on portals as Sold Subject to Contract. -
Completion Date:
Automatically calculated when an offer is accepted, based on the system configuration setting:
Default Estimated Completion Date After Accepted Offer (weeks)-
Default value: 12 weeks

If no date is entered or the setting is set to 0, no automatic date will be applied.

You can manually edit the Completion Date from the Progression tab on the Property Offer screen.
🔔 Reminders
A Home Page Reminder titled Properties With Estimated Completion Date Passed will alert you to properties with overdue estimated completion dates.
