Web Site Integration
If your web site is designed by a 3rd party, it is possible for Acquaint to link its Property email links (e.g. Property Bulletin Emails) directly to your site via the Custom Property URL system configuration setting.
This should be set to your web site address with one of the following parameters : Property ID [PROPERTYID] or Property Alt Reference [PROPERTYALTREF].
Please discuss this with your web developer before implementing.

Website Appointments Requests and Registration
Acquaint websites seamlessly import Contact requests, Property Viewing requests, Property Valuation requests and registrations for Landlords, Tenants and Vendors from your Responsive Acquaint website.
You will still need to run Process Outlook emails to import emails from your portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, if you have disabled the automatic processing of Outlook Emails and are manually running process Outlook Emails. The Outlook Emails icon would be accessible from the Main tab.
The Property Viewing Request and Valuation forms on our websites allow the selection of a specific day and time in addition to the “Any Day” / “Any Time” options.
Acquaint checks the database on a 30 minute schedule and creates the following:
For Contact Requests
A Contact record (if one does not already exist for the same email address)
A Task with a Type of “Website Contact Request” or “Website Property Enquiry” if it related to a Property
For Property Viewing Requests
A Contact record (if one does not already exist for the same email address)
If the time slot is a specific day / hour, then an unconfirmed Appointment will be created in the Diary with a Type of “Viewing from Website”
If the time slot is set as “Any Day” or “Any Time” then a Task will be created with a Type of “Website Property Enquiry”
For Property Valuation Requests
A Contact record (if one does not already exist for the same email address)
A Property record
If the time slot is a specific day / hour, then an unconfirmed Appointment will be created in the Diary with a Type of “Valuation from Website”
If the time slot is set as “Any Day” or “Any Time” then a Task will be created with a Type of “Website Property Valuation”
Registrations are also emailed to your office.
The Registration alerts a User will receive will depend on their User Settings, for example only Sales Negotiators will get Sale Registration notifications, similarly Lettings Negotiators
Home Page Reminders
An Appointment Home Page reminder is displayed for “Unconfirmed Website Appointments”. This is all Appointments of Type “Viewing from Website” or “Valuation from Website”. These Appointments can easily be viewed by right clicking on an Appointment and choose 'View on Diary' or click on the button to the right of the Appointment Type's Description.
A “Toast” Alert is also displayed as “Website – Appointments” for these i.e. so that instantly the agent can see there is an Appointment Request they need to respond to.
A “Toast” Alert is displayed as “Website – Registrations” for Contacts that have an outstanding Task of Type “Website Property Valuation” or “Website Property Enquiry” or “Website Contact Request”.
Clicking on the "Toast" Alert will display the Contact record(s) for the newly imported Contact registration.
Viewings/Valuation Appointments will still appear until all are Confirmed.
Unconfirmed website viewing/valuation Appointments Desktop Alerts only pop up for the Assigned User
If you clear the reminder but don't action them you can access these records again from the Home Page reminder for Registration Tasks Outstanding under the Contacts tab.

Multiple Branches
The Branch filters on the Home Page affect the Website Registrations and Website Appointment alerts. Where there are multiple Branches you will need to be logged into the respective site to download the Website Registrations and Website Appointments for that Branch. When you click on the alert the Registrations/Appointments displayed are dependant on the Branch filter selected on your Home Page.
System Configuration
If you do not want to have Tasks created for applicant registrations i.e. they would be added and then just picked up on Marketing Emails. A setting in System Configuration for “Create Tasks For Applicant Registrations” enables for this to be optionally switched off. Landlord and Vendor registrations cannot be switched off.
