Lettings Tenants can report maintenance issues online via desktop, tablet or mobile device. These are automatically imported into Acquaint every 30 minutes, appearing as reminders on your Home Page, giving you the choice of their importance. Whether to accept them and automatically generate a Work Order, or alternatively reject the request and email the Tenant back.
Tenant's can also attach images of the maintenance issue. These images will be downloaded and can be viewed from the Maintenance Request screen. When the Maintenance Request is turned into a Work Order they will automatically be added to the Work Order.
To activate Online Maintenance Requests a button/link must be added to your website to enable this functionality. For Bright Logic web sites contact design@brightlogic.co.uk to add this feature to your existing website. If your web site is designed by a 3rd party they will need to link to the system using the following URL:
https://webutils.acquaintcrm.co.uk/maintenancerequests.aspx?siteprefix=SITEPREFIX
Note replace "SitePrefix" with your Site Prefix.
