🏠 Using the Acquaint Home Page

The Home Page provides a central overview of your business activity, including reminders, tasks, and upcoming appointments. By default, the information shown is tailored to the currently logged-in user.

You can set the Home Page as your default landing screen in User Settings.

🔔 Reminders & Information Panels

The reminders displayed are based on your User Settings and are grouped into the following categories:

  • System

  • Contacts

  • Appointments

  • Sales

  • Lettings

  • Property Management

  • Financial

Each reminder is interactive:

  • Clicking a reminder opens the relevant screen or record.

  • Some reminders offer a drop-down menu with report options for printing.

Use the Filter drop-downs at the top and bottom of the screen to refine which reminders and information are shown.


📅 Appointments & Tasks

Appointments Tab

Displays upcoming appointments:

  • Includes appointments created by or assigned to the current user.

  • Default view: Future – Next 14 Days

Tasks Tab

Shows tasks assigned to the current user:

  • Default view: Outstanding Tasks

  • You can manually add personal tasks to create a to-do list.

  • Tasks can be delegated to other users for collaboration.


📁 Recently Used Contacts & Properties

Quickly revisit your last 10 accessed Contacts or Properties:

  • Click the File button in the main ribbon menu to view the list.

🔄 Refreshing & Resizing

  • Click the Refresh button to manually check for updates or changes.

  • The Home Page remembers the last tab you selected—even after logging out.

  • Resize the Information / Reminders section by dragging the line at the bottom. The cursor will change to indicate when resizing is possible.
