Work Order Types

⚙️ Configuring Work Order Types in Acquaint

Acquaint comes with a set of standard Work Order Types to help categorize and manage property maintenance tasks. If needed, you can create additional custom types to suit your business needs.

To configure Work Order Types:

• Navigate to File → Configuration → Properties → Work Order Types

🧾 Assigning Default Products

Each Work Order Type can have a default Product assigned. This means:

• When a Work Order is closed and billed, the Bill Received will automatically default to the assigned product

• This streamlines the billing process and ensures consistency across similar types of work
