📰 Managing Website News in Acquaint

If your website is hosted by Bright Logic Ltd, Acquaint allows you to publish news articles directly to your site. These updates can also be automatically shared to your Twitter, Facebook, and subscribed property portals via the portal uploading system.

📤 Adding a News Item

To publish a news article:

  1. Go to Marketing Tools on the Main ribbon menu

  2. Click Web Site News

  3. Click the New icon

  4. Enter a headline in the Subject field

  5. Set the Date of the news item

  6. Write your article in the Body field

  7. Click Add to upload an accompanying image

  8. Click Save

The news item will be added to the upload queue and automatically published to your website and connected platforms.

🗑️ Removing a News Item

To remove a published article:

  1. Go to Marketing Tools → Web Site News

  2. Select the news item from the lookup table

  3. Tick the Inactive checkbox

  4. Click Save

The item will be queued for removal and automatically taken down from your website and portals.
