Desktop Alerts

🔔 Desktop Alerts Overview

Desktop Alerts are discreet pop-up notifications that appear in the corner of your screen, providing timely updates and reminders. These alerts are sometimes referred to as “toasts” due to their visual style—rising from the bottom of the screen like toast from a toaster.

🧠 What They Can Notify You About

  • Appointment reminders

  • Task assignments

  • Individual Notes or Tasks linked to Contacts or Properties

  • Note: Each item must be marked as a Desktop Alert to trigger a notification.

  • Incoming telephone calls (requires a TAPI-compliant phone system)
