Report Viewer

The Report Viewer has a number of useful features to help you get the most of out of your reports in Acquaint. Most of the reports are interactive enabling you to drill down into the data or change the sort order. The chart type reports have options for your to select the Detail Level and Chart Type i.e. whether it is a Pie or Bar Chart.

 

The Report View ribbon menu comprises of the following functions:

 Actions:

  • Close -Closes the Report and returns you to the Reports screen

  • Print - Prints the report

  • Export- Produces various charts based on Appointment data

  • Find - Produces a list of appointments

  • Refresh - Refreshes the data on screen


Navigation:

  • First -Displays the first page of the report

  • Previous -Displays the previous page of the report

  • Next- Displays the next page of the report

  • Last - Displays the last page of the report


 Zoom:

  • Zoom Out -Zoom out on the report

  • Previous - Zoom in on the report

  • Next- Produces various charts based on Appointment data

  • Last - Produces a list of appointments


Options:

  • Detail Level -Select the type of detail level of the report (only available for some reports)

  • Pages to View- Select the number of pages of report to be viewed on screen

  • Show Hyperlinks - Choose whether hyperlinks are displayed.


 Sort:

  • By - select from the available fields to sort on

  • Order - choose to sort by ascending or descending order

 

By switching on show hyperlinks you can see what parts of the report are interactive, that is which information you can click on to show the respective record.
