đź“„ Report Viewer Features in Acquaint

The Report Viewer in Acquaint offers a range of powerful tools to help you get the most out of your reports. Many reports are interactive, allowing you to drill down into data, change sort orders, and explore information dynamically.

For chart-based reports, you can customize:

  • Detail Level: Choose how granular the data should be.

  • Chart Type: Select between Pie or Bar charts for visual representation.

Actions

  • Close: Exit the report and return to the Reports screen.

  • Print: Print the current report.

  • Export: Generate charts based on appointment data.

  • Find: Display a list of appointments.

  • Refresh: Reload the report data on screen.

  • First: Jump to the first page of the report.

  • Previous: Go to the previous page.

  • Next: Advance to the next page.

  • Last: Move to the final page.

Zoom

  • Zoom Out: Reduce the report view size.

  • Zoom In: Enlarge the report view.

Note: Some Zoom options were previously mislabeled as chart or appointment functions—these have been corrected.

Options

  • Detail Level: Set the level of detail shown (available for select reports).

  • Pages to View: Choose how many report pages to display on screen.

  • Show Hyperlinks: Toggle visibility of clickable hyperlinks within the report.

Sort

  • By: Select a field to sort the report data.

  • Order: Choose between ascending or descending sort order.

Enabling Show Hyperlinks highlights which parts of the report are interactive. Clicking these links allows you to view the corresponding records directly, making navigation and data exploration more intuitive.
